Split: updates

from today on out of nowhere the site gives an Internal server error 500 – we found out that it seems to be the power plugin we have had activated without any problems since May. We havent done any changes nor upgrades since then. Power was in version 4.7.8. We deactivated now. As soon as we try to activate it again, complete site and admin go to Error 500.

We are very dependent from the power uses and really really need help here. Since it came out of nowhere. We havent installed any other plugins nor done server changes or aynthing else.

Update on this: We tried installing the newest versions on a subdomain – we have ONLY the base plugin, Power and Experience running there, NOTHING else: But search showing no results.

Please help. We are willing to upgrade but newest versions should work….

You need to start a new thread since this is no longer “categories” I will split, we have mentioned about starting new threads in our podting guidelines. Also a 500 error is not conclusive , it is usually as a result of your internal server.

Did you update Power and Experience to latest versions? Your site appears to not have latest versions of those add-ons.  If you updated SLP you need to update the add-ons?
