Split: Find Locations search

FIND LOCATION function broken.

We are using the full (paid) version of the SLP plugin set (see below).  When trying to “Find Location” based on any criteria (zip code, city/state), the source/initial location pin drops on the map, but no results for store locations appear.

We have been using SLP successfully on this site for 2-3 years.  We were alerted to this problem yesterday by a customer.  Whether it is coincidence or not, yesterday was also the install date for the SLP 4.5.03 version update.

We have a google maps API key installed.

Environment:

Host:  HostGator
Theme:  Avada 4.0.2
Note: During testing, we switched from Avada to current version of the “2015” theme, and disabled all plugins except the SLP plugins listed below.  The problem persisted despite changing themes and disabling all other plugins.
