Social Media Extender

I just purchased SLP Premier and installed everything.

I am unable to activate Social Media Extender.

I have deleted and re-installed the plugin. No luck.

Downloaded a fresh copy of the plugin. No luck.

All plugins as the most recent releases. WP is up to date as well.

Any ideas?

You are not showing Social Media Extender in your version list.

 

The latest release is 4.5.02 , which is the production version  you should have installed.

DeBaat fixed that a while back and 4.5.02 was published to fix the DebugMP issue.

You are correct you are getting the old version if you are downloading it from :the Page My Account and the menu on that page that shows your orders and downloads ..that download  when you go to unzip it is slp-social ,,,that is wrong file name, that is the old version

Since you are premier you have an alternative method to get downloads.  when you are in your account scroll across top bar to “PRODUCTS”

UNDER PRODUCTS you will see DOWNLOADS.  In there you will see all the products and the versions numbers production up toip and pre release down bottom, download the SLP-SME 4.5.02 from there,

When you go to your computer folder for downloads,  add in the zip file that is called slp-sme…  UPLOAD that one, that is 4.5.02

NOT slp-social

 

Lance is fixing the naming convention, somehow it was changed two updates ago
