you should be downloading both The Experience plugin as well as power plug-in from your account.
here is some info for you about how to download and activate.
Follow these steps to manually install or upgrade your add-on packs:
Login to your account on the Store Locator Plus website.
Download your add-on packs (Power and Experience and premier)
If updating or adding, Via your WordPress admin panel, deactivate and delete any outdated add-on packs.
Via your WordPress admin panel, install the zip files you downloaded from the Store Locator Plus site, activate SLP, then activate the add-on packs.
