    Dick, Thank you for letting us know.   Do you have an active Premier subscription?

    If so you should be posting in Premier forums for quicker response.

    Pagination is a feature in Premier. I have notified Lance that  pagination is broken.  Sorry for the inconveninece

    Not necessary,  I just wanted to let you know that our Premier members receive first response before the regular forums, also when I provide a link on an issue in the forum for the developer he will fix or resolve issues from Premier customers first per our pledge to provide first tier support to Premier members.

    No Never.

    The Premier subscription has Exclusive features available to them.Pagination is one of those.
