Overwrite

I have a store list that includes both existing stores in the StoreLocator Plus and new stores. I want the existing stores to be overwritten so that the list I upload is the complete (and only) list of stores in the plugin. How do I ensure when I upload there will not be duplicates and the system will “take” this list and remove the existing?
