On Initial load display location group by country name

We have purchased premier subscription of wp store locator plugins.
Now we wanted to setup the store locator page in such a way that all the locations will be displayed group by their country name/ state name.
For example http://www.tiffany.com/jewelry-stores/store-list/united-states?source=Header&source=Header

What are the options this premier store locator plugin provides to build something like this?
