    I chosen  option SPAIN in the map domain (map.google.es) and Spanish as map Language, and in the web page it comes US and English.

    According to the WP Translation directory of SLP Spanish has not been fully translated but you can easily do so and submit the translation. NOTE: The Translate system will not create a language export for partial translations. 

    As far as your web site, coming back in a different language, that is different, we are not a translation plug-in. Selecting the maps and languages refer to the Google Maps. Choosing Spain will get the data from the Google Spain server.
