December 15, 2016 at 10:13 AM #44377JohnParticipantObviously, my initial post did not translate properly. Here is a clean version.
Issue:
Using Safari v. 10.0.1 or Firefox v. 50.1.0 on a Mac, when is zip code is entered that contains valid locations the locations and map will display. However, if you enter a zip code with no locations the map will not display. Then when you enter a zip code with locations, the locations will display but not the map. Use the following to reproduce the issue.Site: http://www.arizonahealthinsuranceexperts.com
1. Select “Locate An Agent” from the main menu
2. Enter 85012 – the locations and map will display as expected.
3. Enter 85259 – the locations and map will display as expected.
4. Enter 74014 – no locations will display which is correct. However, the map does not display.
5. Enter 85012 – the locations display but the map does not. When using Chrome v. 55.0.2883.87 on the Mac, the map is displayed properly in step #4 above. On a Windows desktop using Firefox, the plug-in functions properly.
Please let me know if you require additional information.
Sorry for the junky initial post.

December 16, 2016 at 4:15 PM #44397CiciKeymasterYou gave some great clues as to what might be going on but the simple issue is you have conflicts and you have issues with Chrome because of the lack of SSL cert. Google is getting pretty strict about that stuff and you have NON SLP related errors on your page.
Here is a hint: one of your errors states “sensor is not required”. Well that indicates you are using another plugin or theme that is also using Google Map API and it is interfering with SLP. SLP has not had that error produced (many versions ago). Also another failure is a great hint states” you have included google map api multiple times” …so you have another plugin and/ or your theme that is also using Google MAP API query : a BIG no no:
Check out your site url
Right Click/select INSPECT/console *( see troubleshooting for more info and also the section on debugging with WP if you do not know what other plugin may be causing issues) I think it is your theme or perhaps you have not included all of what you are using or not using for SLP add-ons?
see the referencing
http://google-maps-utility-library-v3.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/infobubble/src/infobubble-compiled.js
Also check out your directory path for all your icons move the icons to your WP media directory and link the path to that to be sure they are always handy and linking to correct file path, SLP discontinued including some old icons in their directory).

December 27, 2016 at 10:31 AM #44502JohnParticipantThank you for the information. There were a couple of issues going on at the same time. The theme I was using, Cacoon, has not been updated in several years plus a plug-in, WP Super Cache, appeared to be causing trouble.
I recreated the site with an updated theme, Parabola, and SLP is functioning properly.
Thank you for your assistance and the lesson in troubleshooting a WordPress site.

December 27, 2016 at 4:53 PM #44506CiciKeymasterThank you for sharing the tips on your issues. We love it when our community forum members offer insight and solutions.
If you wouldn’t mind taking a sec and adding a ( stellar ) review on the WP plugin (base) about the support and/or the base plugin we would very much appreciate it. If you do not feel we deserve a stellar review please send an email to support@storelocatorplus.com and let us know how we can improve.
December 30, 2016 at 10:05 AM #44534JohnParticipantI have posted the following to the WP Plug-in page.
Love the SLP plug-in. You load it and it just works. Should you need support with the product, Cici is there to help. Not only does she provide you with a solution to your issue but she also takes the time to educate you on troubleshooting. I would recommend this plug-in to others.
December 30, 2016 at 3:19 PM #44550CiciKeymasterThanks John,
Did you know you are still getting errors on your url locator page? But perhaps the utl you provided before is not going to be the new site page. Yes there are many abandoned or poorly written themes out there. If you need help with developing a new theme, you can check out cybersprocket.com
The failed to load resources just indicate that the file path for the icons are no longer valid. We suggest adding your icons to your WP media library and have the link point there to load them.
