Map not displaying

Hi, my store locator stopped displaying and I can’t figure out why. I did update my theme recently but how can I figure out what went wrong? I’m not sure what steps to take to figure out the issue. Details on plugin and site below.

any browser developer tools, clicking on inspect and under console you will see errors.

It is most likely your theme that has broken jquery. These are the failure errors on your site
