Hello,
We have been using the store locator plus plugin on our website for several years without issue. After the latest upgrades the search feature no longer works.
I don’t see any errors in the server error log.

You can see from the URL I am attempting to do a search and the address is not carried to the address field and search is not performed, instead the default search/readius is used.
What can I do to debug the issue?
I do not know what versions of SLP nor if you have any add-ons.

I just went to that site and searched and it came back with locations in zip code 55402.
What specifically is your issue? Could you provide details and your plugin environment information?
