Just purchased Power Add-On, but the website won't let me download the zip file!

I just purchased the POWER ADD-ON for the Store Locator Plus as I need to export/import store locations from 1 website to the other, but the I am unable to download the zip file!?!?

I get the following error after I purchased:

Sorry for the inconvenience. I would have answered  sooner but I was part of the evacuation from Hurricane Matthew here on the east coast.

The servers were being moved , so the site was down for a short time.  Your account may look a little different as it is now also part of the My storelocatorplus.com

I checked your account, your downloads arenow  there for you to upload.
