How do I unsubscribe from all thes topics?

Hi,

I keep getting alerts when a new post is created in this forum and I don’t want them. They say to login and view the topic to unsubscribe but I fail to see how to do this and I also don’t want to have to do it to every new topic.
Can someone please show me where to turn off all notifications OTHER than ones related to topics I post myself? I can’t find the option anywhere.
