Hide location pins for other businesses?

Hi, is it possible to hide other businesses (such as the pins that show for Wal-Marts, etc), on the map results, so that ONLY the pins for our locations are shown — not other businesses? For example it would be nice if the Walmart pin were hidden on the attached image. Thanks!

Everyone who uses google for maps is at their mercy as far as what they want to show as “points of interest” on the actual map itself. Wal -mart has paid big bucks to Google to make sure they appear on Google Maps

BUT,

We do have a feature so those Google markers/icons cannot be clicked on with an info bubble popping up

See  Google icons cannot be clicked  (with the Premier subscription. )
