Hello, every time we try to search for a non-listed location we get this error: https://prnt.sc/8ysLDxTiVNCM
It mentions a Google Maps API error, but no detail or whatsoever.
The page can be seen in dev.realsaboaria.com/contactos

The screen shot does not really provide us with anything to go on. if the location data isn’t in the Locations database and your center map at is more than 200 km from your name , then it won’t be found.
Also make sure you have cleared the cache
See Search and how it works

“if the location data isn’t in the Locations database and your center map at is more than 200 km from your name , then it won’t be found.” Correct, but shouldn’t the message be “Location not found” instead of the message we get on the screenshot? (Google Maps API error: (blank space))
This occurs when we search for “Porto”(the portuguese name of the city) instead of “Oporto” (international version).
Thanks

February 24, 2022 at 12:28 PM #82656CiciKeymasterThe message is
Could not locate this address. Please try a different location.
Google Maps API error:
undefinedWhere is your center of MAP you only have the drop down going up to 500km, if you increase the drop down to a higher number and search what do you see?

Even though this is beyond our scope of support, did you ever add a valid API key required by Google . When I use browser tools to inspect the error that keeps coming up is that API key is invalid. Did you add restrictors? You can research what the error messages are by clicking on any developers tool in Firefox Chrome, etc.
If dealing with the API keys is too confusing you might be a candidate for the SLP SaaS option where we handle the keys and updates.
