I am trying to figure out the best way to achieve what I am looking for and have several questions.

My company services areas versus having physical addresses. Is there a way to hide the address fields? Also, can I add multiple zip codes and cities to one location? For example, I would have First Restoration North Carolina and I would want all the cities and zip codes in that location.

That leads me to my next question, is there a way to change the map zoom level when searching for a location?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hi Cole, What you are looking for is a Territory function…One is currently being worked on  as a paid customization that will eventually make it into the Premier Subscription when it is finalized. It might not work exactly as you described it, I have only seen the beta release. It takes weeks and weeks of coding and testing the algorithms for a territory type function and is rather complex.

You can use Directory Builder to list by city or state or country where you have locations, but there is no way to assign multiple zip codes to one location.   Some of our customers have used Tagalong with the category Manager and Extended Data to achieve similar results. You can review some of the customer sites and play around with our demo.

MAP Settings documentation can be  adjusted under the  Experience/Map tab.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will look into the Directory Builder and Tagalong.

One more question, is there a way to disable the directions link in the search results?

Yes, go into the results layout and delete the directions line (shortcode).
