Store Locator Plus® for WordPress Forums Store Locator Plus Export, Download CSV Doesn’t Work

    I’m running

    • Store Locator Plus® 2506.29.02
    • Power 2506.30.01
    • Premier 2506.23.01

    When I select “Export, Download CSV” and click “To All” I get a browser prompt “Are you sure you want to Export, Download CSV?” I click OK and the page reloads and nothing happens.

    Please advise.

    Its working for me ok.

    Could you try deactivating Premier and then export. Clear your cache as well.

    Also we need besides  Plug-ins, the  versions of WordPress and PHP?  We request you go to your SLP plugin menu , click on Info and environment and take a screen shot if you could please.

    Hi I deactivated Premier and cleared my cache but still no luck. Same as above.

    Here is a screenshot of the environment:

    This is currently running on a test address while we try to get the export working.

    There are 1617 Locations in the list. Possible the amount is crashing it?

    The issue was trouble shouted a couple of months ago and the developer wrote about the issue here https://storelocatorplus.com/editing-categories-and-location-import-export/

    Excerpt below:

    Users that have installed the Power add for WordPress may have issues importing and exporting locations. After a week of tracking down this issue, which only happens on SOME WordPress sites, we have found that the WordPress user settings for administrators can be corrupted. This causes the admin interface to not load properly. That causes the JavaScript for the Power add on (and likely lots of other plugins, not just ours) to not be loaded.
