Custom Map Pin on Locations

Is there a way we can differentiate the stores on the map? Ideally a location pin with the store logo, or different colours with a legend?

The store logo will popup only if you select it on the map or on the search result. I checked the plugin settings and unfortunately, there is no way to set an custom marker to either an individual or category of locations.

Is there a solution that we can have the different stores identified by a different colour, logo/icon etc. on the map without having to click each pin to show the store logo?

If you only need a different map marker, you can load it in your WP media and then associate it on an individual location basis. See documentation about custom map markers
