Business popups jump off the visible area

When a business on the map is selected, the bubble pops up with the information etc. but the focus doesn’t jump to the top of the bubble? If you select a location that is anywhere above halfway up the map, most of the bubble disappears outside the viewing area.
Is there a way to make the focus jump to the top of the text bubble?

I do not know anything about your site, your other plugins, your layouts , your theme…try a different plugin style is first suggestion. If you need to change map layout or search layout or bubble layout or any SLP layouts that is included in Experience add-on. See documentation site for more info
