Hi,
My client asked to update all plugins including store locator and some of it’s addons. I have 3 addons that crash the site after activation with the following error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method SLPlus::register_addon() in /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freelancing/gelaendermaxx/wp-content/plugins/slp-iconset-google_oldschool/slp-iconset-google_oldschool.php:45 Stack trace: #0 /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freelancing/gelaendermaxx/wp-includes/plugin.php(524): SLPIconSet_GoogleOldSchool->slp_init(”) #1 /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freelancing/gelaendermaxx/wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/include/class.actions.php(308): do_action(‘slp_init_comple…’) #2 /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freelancing/gelaendermaxx/wp-includes/plugin.php(524): SLPlus_Actions->init(”) #3 /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freelancing/gelaendermaxx/wp-settings.php(411): do_action(‘init’) #4 /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freelancing/gelaendermaxx/wp-config.php(90): require_once(‘/Users/macbookp…’) #5 /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freelancing/gelaendermaxx/wp-load.php(39): require_once(‘/Users/macbookp…’) #6 /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freel in /Users/macbookpro/Dropbox/htdocs/o/freelancing/gelaendermaxx/wp-content/plugins/slp-iconset-google_oldschool/slp-iconset-google_oldschool.php on line 45
Only store locator plugin is active when activating the add on.
I have deactivated the themes so it doesn’t interfere by renaming the themes folder.
I’m running my site locally on MAMP
Wordpress version 4.6.1
December 5, 2016 at 5:20 PM #44276CiciKeymasterAccording to the error messages it is the icons set, they were not paid add-ons. They were as a free product in 2013.
and discontinued and there are no updates. As you see they are version 0.2 but,
any special icons should be saved in your/their WP media file directory path and then can be uploaded from the WP media directory
Make sure the file path is correct.
