Along the way to testing and patching Tagalong I’ve been searching for various icons to add to my test suite. A couple of new icon sets have been added to Icon Pack add-on. A portion of the icon pack sales will go back to the original icon authors where those authors accept/request donations. The new icon sets include the Maki set and the SJJB set. Both are open source icons you can find online, they’ve been packaged here for a quick-and-easy way to add them to your Store Locator Plus interface.
The Maki set is a set of simple black-and-white icons with a variety of base types. You can find the full Maki set here:
The SJJB set is an extensive set of over 800 icons with multiple color variations. It is a larger install that can be problematic on servers with limited bandwidth or if you do not have adequate bandwidth with your ISP. I had to eliminate all but the 24-pixel icon size to load it in a reasonable time on my development server as the full set with the 12, 16, 24, and 32-bit icons represented over 48,000 icons being loaded into the UI. My browser was not happy as it consumes a huge array in the DOM and file structure interface of the web browser. The 24-pixel-only set that is presented here is what I felt was a good compromise while creating an extensive icon set collection.
