We don’t think a lot of time & energy should be spent chasing down how and where you use a license. A common question “can I use my license on a test site then transfer to the live site”. Short answer: yes.

There are two options for support. Free or paid. Please learn about both options on the Support Options page. All questions, other than those directly related to a recent purchase, should be posted at the support forums. Read the Support Options page for details.
Premier Members that have an active Subscription are given free priority support and will have their forum questions answered first. Premier Members are invited to follow up via email.
If you are not a Premier Member and have an urgent request or need a developer to troubleshoot your site ,consider purchasing a paid support response. Product support and general inquiries posted via email or in the forums can take up to a week to get a response. Due to support request volume we triage request as follows: Premier Member requests, paid support requests, new order inquiries, forum posts, general email.
Are you emailing us that you can no longer import with your Pro Pack add on? Have you updated your Pro Pack to the latest version? It still works with Store Locator Plus up to version 4.7.2 and includes the import option.
MySLP for Web & Mobile
MySLP is a Software As A Service offering. You can deploy your locator an as many sites as you’d like.
Email support is provided for all paying accounts. Free accounts have the option to purchase support on a per-incident basis.
