What do I do wrong?December 9, 2015 at 3:12 PM #36677
I just tested the Reporting” export search” and export results functions to a csv file and it did download to a csv for me.
Are you saying it isn’t downloading or the info in the report is incorrect?December 9, 2015 at 4:52 PM #36682
In my Reports screen (at the bottom, see attached image) I see two report buttons (for top search and top results). Clicking these does not lead to any visible action.
How did you manage to get a report?December 13, 2015 at 3:59 PM #36753
Did you check Enable reports under the Settings Tab?
Did you set the Report parameters (dates, number of searches)?
I just clicked on the export button , you have to enable the reports under settings first. See attachedDecember 13, 2015 at 4:00 PM #36755
The settings panel under reportsDecember 14, 2015 at 3:58 AM #36772
1) Reporting is/was enabled under the settings tab.
2) Report parameters are/were set (start date, end date, number of lines)
3) The reporting information is/was correctly shown on the screen (summary graph, parameters, top 10 searched, top 10 found)
4) export to csv is not responding…..
It puzzles me,

Ummmm,,, me too. Am Puzzled.
So if all these things are set and it works for me and not for you I have to surmise that it may be a server configuration difference or permissions security issues on your server. Can you read the Ajax blocked tests under Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Ajax Blocked test and do the quick test for a JSON response
