Greetings,
We ordered the Power Add-in to the Store Locator Plus. We added this to the WP site, and then all of the pages on the site – ALL of them, are now essentially blank. Clicking on any link in the admin panel goes to the proper URL, but the page itself is blank and nothing displays. How do we back this out?
Are you running WordPress 4.4 or higher? You MUST be using WP 4.4 or higher, Power and Experience need that version at a minimum. Go to your Plugin menu and deactivate Power add-on and delete. Double check to see that you are using high enough WP, PHP (5.6 recommended by WP) etc.
