In order for the developer or support to assist you we must have the URL to your site. We comprehend the problem without these particular Screen shots . A better screenshot would be of all your plugins or at least the SLP plugin environment and a url to your site (see Posting Guidelines) Having said that. you most likely have a JS issue caused by another app or plugin on you site , to narrow down the problem, if you deactivate premier and do NOTHING else does the issue go away?
See Troubleshooting regarding MAP not showing and/or greyed out areas. We usually suggest turning off the other plugins one at a time and seeing if the problem persists. If that does not show the issue, use Firefox Inspect developer tools or debugging. A video to assist you with the debugging can be found here. Let us know what you discover.
