    Hi folks,

we’ve got an issue. After switching to https / SSL the map doesn’t load. When we type in the URL without https it works. The browser blocks the script. An API of google is insert.

    What should we do?

Google requires you to have a new google Map API, it considers the domain  https as a new site, other then that I cannot advise you because you have not provided the information requested under the POSTING GUIDELINES which would include your Plugin environment and site url.

Your theme and other components of your site are breaking your site. I cannot go into depth in this forum.

You need to do some troubleshooting , see  this docs page.

If all else fails and you cannot manage and need more information you can request a paid support ticket but the developer cannot and , will not,  fix your theme or other plugins, he will point you in the right direction.   You cannot just “swap over” to SSL without having experience in the technical  complexities associated with such endeavors, I hope had at least backed up the entire set before attempting this type of change.

When you made the changeover did you make sure all other plugins and your theme were using updated as well? Your Javascript in one of your plugins or themes is breaking SLP. Yu must use the debugger to track it down. All  jquery versions must be 1.12 or above in order for the MAP to work and display. See the Troubleshooting guide for more information.

I have not seen an update from you so I will close this post. Once you have done some homework please open a new post with all the details needed including plugin environment,
