Location address view change not showing

We’ve been updating our locations page to make it look better and am struggling with the store locator plug in. I want the location address to be to the left of the map, rather than above or below. I can’t seem to make that happen, even though I’ve selected that view in the plug in. I wonder if there’s something in the main template settings that are over-riding it or something else I’ve missed.

Please let us know how we can fix this.

Which SLP Plugin Style are they using? You can test their site by viewing their page with the locator on it and viewing in the console, you can inspect page using any browser tools and see if the theme is overriding  any settings.

Assume since they have hired you  for web design or maintainence, you will be able to find your way arounf the developer tools in any browser.

If you need to see how to do this please go to the SLP documentation site and research CSs or themes or plugin styles. They will need the Experience add-on if they need to make any changes to force their theme to comply

Not all Plugin styles work with the base Plugin. The gallery style they have selected requires the Experience add-on to be activate. It is an advanced style
