@jonathan – we corresponded via private email. You ran another app that deleted the locator database tables without resetting the options entries for the plugin. That is going to cause all kinds of issues. Make sure you clear out ALL csa* entries in the wp_options table.
@cathy – that is not enough information to allow me to help you. What is happening exactly? Have you followed the debugging and troubleshooting steps in the documentation such as installing Debug Bar and turning on WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file?
