I am working on hiring and training someone to assist with support requests. If more people subscribe to the new Premier Subscription service or purchase one-time support as needed I can fund updates to provide better testing, get people on support questions every day, and maybe even start adding some new features that people have been asking for.
Until then I am doing the best I can as a solo act jumping between paid projects every day. It doesn’t always allow for time to answer support questions as frequently as I’d like or spend the 2-weeks needed to fully test a product as complex as Store Locator Plus before patches are pushed out. Paying client deadlines often overrule proper full test runs. Beta testing groups have proven unreliable and sporadic at best.
